Electro-hydraulic power steering pump assembly

Electro-hydraulic steering power pump assembly (hereinafter referred to as “steering pump”) is the steering power source of pure electric buses and hybrid buses, which provides reliable steering power for the automobile and is the key component of the steering system. The steering pump consists of a vane pump manufactured in strict accordance with the QC/T299-2000 standard, a fully enclosed fan-cooled AC asynchronous motor and other insulating mechanisms. The main power supply of the vehicle provides power for the AC motor through the DC-AC inverter, which drives the AC motor to run at a constant speed after the circuit is turned on, and then the hydraulic pump driven by the motor provides a stable flow for the power cylinder to ensure the steering power demand at any time.
